I am instructed by Mr William Saylor Falconer, and his wife, who claim to be creditors of the estate of Mathew Falconer deceased to request you to furnish a full account of the dealings with the share of Mathew Taylor Falconer, in the said Estate. The administrators' account filed by you does not include the said share.

In reply to your letter of date- the estate of Mathew Taylor Falconer-

The Estate has been wound up a very long time ago and the papers duly filed in the Supreme Court. I cannot supply you with any other information for the simple reason there is nothing.

The Estate failed to realize sufficient to pay the Solicitors' fee.
